Grapes from the Rafaèl vineyard are used for this wine. For the production 3 grape varieties are used - Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The aging lasts 15 months in wooden barrels. Tasting notes:Ruby red in the glass. In the nose aromas of a refined bouquet, as well as floral and fruity nuances such as ripe cherries. The taste reflects the aromas of the nose. Long lasting and balanced in the finish. Grape varieties: Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 15%. Soil: Calcareous clay weathered soils. Residual sugar: 6,0 g/l. Acidity: 5,8 g/l. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. Closure: Natural cork. Storage potential: 5-7 years. This wine is excellent with pasta, pizza and white and red meat.
