The Riegelnegg winery is located in southern Styria and covers 11 hectares of vineyards. In the own vaulted cellar, which was renovated and expanded in 1997/98, is the in-house vinotheque where you have the opportunity to conduct stylish tastings. The majority of the white wines are vinified in the classic Styrian way in stainless steel tanks, while the majority of the red wines are stored in barrique barrels. Tasting notes:Delicate yellow in the glass. In the nose and on the palate fruity aromas of stone fruit. The good interplay of residual sugar and acidity makes the wine drinkable. Long lasting in the finish. Grape variety: 100% Scheurebe. Residual sugar: 7,0 g/l. Acidity: 6,4 g/l. Drinking temperature: 8-10 °C. Closure: screw cap. This white wine corresponds very well with not too spicy Asian dishes, melons and Parma ham, shellfish, pasta and is excellent as an aperitif for warm summer days.
