On the palate powerful and full-bodied, juicy, woody with a perfect balance of fresh fruit and spice. The finish is long with notes of plums and spices. Grape varieties: 50% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc. Aging: stainless steel tank and French oak barrels. Drinking temperature: 18-20°C. Storage potential: 5-8 years. The red wine harmonizes very well with roasted lamb and beef as well as with strong stews and spicy cheeses.
