The Bruichladdich Octomore Edition: 12.1 matures for five years in bourbon casks. The storage takes place 100% on the island of Islay. For the production only Scottish Concerto barley is used. Nose: Smoky, fruity, peat, citrus nuances, coconut, chocolate, caramel. Taste: Strong, soft, orange zest, pepper, honey, apricots, nougat. Finish: Long lasting, caramel, salty.
