The Müller Klöch winery was founded in 1973 by Walter Müller. Today his son, Stefan Müller, manages the family business. The family vineyards are located in Hochwarth and Seindl. Due to the special location and the optimal climate, the grapes develop excellently. The development and maturity of the grapes is reflected in the taste of the wine.Tasting notes:On the nose, lemon balm, tangerine peel and stone fruit. Multi-layered aromas on the palate. Long lasting finish. Grape variety: Gewürztraminer. Maturation: steel tank. Soil: reddish loam, tuff, basalt. Residual sugar: 9.4 g/l. Acidity: 4,6 g/l. Drinking temperature: 8-10°C. Storage potential: 5-10 years. Closure: screw cap. The wine goes excellently with carpaccio of beef, roasted calf's liver, well matured hard and mountain cheese as well as with Asian meat dishes.
