This Leyenda Mezcal is produced in the exceptional terroir of Oaxaca. The exact production takes place in a small village called San Juan des Río. Mezcal has been produced here for decades. Only the Espadin Agave is used for this spirit. The Agave is fermented for 3 days in a traditional lava stone pit.
