The name of the red wine Redmont refers to the reddish gravel soil on which the vines grow. The harvest for this wine takes place between the beginning and middle of October. Fermentation takes place for 14 days on the skins at 30-32 °C in wooden fermenters. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in new barriques.
