The Weingut Heinrich is located in Gols in Burgenland. It is under the management of Gernot and Heike Heinrich. A great wine is only made when the vines feel good. The family vineyards are located in Purbach, Breitenbrunn, Winden, Jois, Neusiedl am See, Weiden, Gold, Mönchhof and Podersdorf. The numerous hours of sunshine around Lake Neusiedl allow the grapes to develop fully and reflect this intensity in the taste.Tasting notes:Strong colour in the glass. In the nose very fine but also opulent, aromas of red berries. On the palate it is very open-hearted, floral and light. Fruity elegant and long lasting in the finish. Grape varieties: 55% Zweigelt and 45% Blaufränkisch. Vinification: Large wooden barrel. Soil: Calcareous, slate. Acidity: 6.2 g/l. Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l. Closure: Glass closure. The red wine goes perfectly with spicy cheese and red meat.
