Only selected Chardonnay grapes from the Trentino region are used for this Ferrari. Maturation takes place for at least 36 months on yeast from our own cultures. The carbonic acid content of the maximum is kept within limits. Therefore, it is also a very good food companion.Tasting notes:Light straw yellow in the glass with remarkable length of perlage. Impressions of apples, supported by tones of biscuit and candied lemon. Pleasant hints of bread crust can be detected in the notes of ripe fruit, due to the yeast ageing of over three years. Fresh and lively on the palate, the velvety softness of the perlage makes it precious. The typical fruity notes of Chardonnay are joined by the scent of yeast. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
