This Currach Whiskey is a combination of tradition and innovation. This single malt is triple distilled and then matures in ex-Bourbon Casks. It gets its finish in unique and charred algae oak casks. Bottled: March 2020Tasting notes:Colour: Bright amber. Nose: raisins, almonds, aromas of toffee. Flavour: dark chocolate, nuts, roasted coffee, caramel. Finish: Long lasting, rich, sweet, maritime.
