The maturation of the Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky takes place in first-fill Kentucky ex-bourbon casks and in former red wine casks, made of American oak, which were previously charred. The bottling takes place without cold filtration and without dyes. Limited to 6,200 bottles. Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold. Nose: honey, butterscotch, notes of peaches, apricots, hints of marzipan. Taste: Tannins, malt, dark sugar, notes of spices, caramelized oranges. Finish: Long lasting, dark red fruits. Best enjoyed neat, on ice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.
