The distillery is located in the French region of Lorraine. The peat used for production comes from northern Germany. In France it is forbidden to extract peat from the moors. The distillation takes place in copper pot stills. The whiskey is then stored for five years to 80% in French and 20% in American oak barrels. Ppm: 35 Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Peaty notes, fruity. Taste: Slightly smoky, fresh, elegant, salty. Finish: Long lasting.
