The grapes for the production are harvested from the Collazzi vineyard in Impruneta, Florence. Collazzi Libertà is made from three grape varieties. The combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes creates great complex and elegant flavours. The vines in the vineyards are already 20 years old. Tasting notes:Ruby red in the glass. In the nose balsamic and very pleasant. On the palate sweetish after tannins with an excellent balance. Complex and long lasting in the finish. Grape varieties: Merlot 50%, Cabernet Franc 35%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%. Soil type: limestone, gravel. Aging: 1 year in wooden barrels. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 18-20°C. This red wine is excellent with rice and pasta dishes, as well as dark meat.
