The grapes for the production are harvested from the Collazzi winery in Impruneta, Florence. Collazzi Libertà is made from three varieties of grapes. The combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes produces great complex and elegant aromas. The vines in the vineyards are already 20 years old.Tasting notes:Ruby red in the glass. In the nose balsamic and very pleasant. Sweet on the palate with tannins with an excellent balance. Complex and persistent on the finish. Grape varieties: Merlot 55%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Syrah 15%. Soil type: Limestone, pebbles. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 18-20°C. This red wine is excellent with rice and pasta dishes, as well as with dark meat.
