The rum is aged for 12 years in casks made of American white oak, which previously held bourbon. It has a luscious scent consisting of powerful vanilla, dried as well as candied fruit and cane syrup. On the palate, the rum shines with aromas of dark chocolate, dried as well as candied fruit, coffee and vanilla. Its finish is long and intense, making its flavour linger in your oral cavity long after it has been drunk.
