Roberto gives his gins a personal touch and affectionately calls them Ginos, hence the name of this distillate.
Big Gino contains three organic spices; Tuscan juniper, Jamaican allspice and Israeli and dried Chinese grapefruit.
This gin is not filtered, distilled in small batches and bottled by hand.
Nose: Soft, slightly peppery, notes of green bananas, nutmeg, pine nuts, resin, licorice.
Taste: Dry, notes of grapefruit, acacia flowers.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.
