Roberto gives his gins a personal touch and calls them lovingly Ginos, hence the name of this distillate.
The Big Gino contains three organic spices; Tuscan juniper, Jamaican allspice and Israeli and dried Chinese grapefruit.
This gin is not filtered, distilled in small quantities and bottled by hand.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Soft, slightly peppery, notes of green banana, nutmeg, pine nuts, resin, liquorice.
Taste: Dry, notes of grapefruit, acacia flowers.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.
