Barr an Uisce is Gaelic and means 'above the water'.
Only water from Redcross County Wicklow is used to make whiskey, which flows around this village.

The Barr an Uisce 16 Years Old 1803 is a 16 year old single malt which is aged in first fill Kentucky bourbon casks and then bottled without cold filtration.

Limited to 1803 bottles worldwide!

Tasting notes:

Colour: Rich gold.
Nose: Citrus aromas, tangerines, butterscotch, toffee, caramel.
Taste: Oily, mild, hint of toffee, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, toasted oak.
