The Barceló Imperial Onyx is aged in white American oak barrels that are heavily toasted. The barrels are carefully selected by the Master Cooper. The filtration is carried out using onyx stones, which give the rum its name. Onyx stones are black healing stones that are commonly found in Brazil, India, Madagascar, Mexico and the USA.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Robust, powerful, well structured body.
