The Ballykeefe Distillery has been a family business for years and is run by the Ging family.
It took 25 years of research to build a distillery that does justice to Irish whiskey and supports both the environment and sustainability with all the processes.
This vodka is distilled six times in bespoke, custom-made Italian copper stills and column stills.
Nose: Light white pepper and hints of freshly cut potatoes.
Taste: Creamy and clear, black pepper and macadamia nuts.
Finish: Long lasting, mineral note, potatoes.
