Who claims that an excellent gin can only be from Great Britain? We think that Aviation Gin is proof enough for what could be the best American gin that has ever been produced. While Aviation Gin takes its name from the cocktail that carries the same name, the motivation behind creating a new type of gin had nothing to do with aviation. As the juniper aroma is very distinct in London Dry Gins, the founders of Aviation Gin wanted to invent a gin that has more floral and savoury notes without being dominated by juniper ones.
