AnCnoc Black Hill Reserve is part of Knockdhu Distillery's Peaty Collection and is only available in travel retail.
All the whiskies in this range take their names from objects, places etc. that are or were used for peat extraction.

With the 'Black Hill Reserve' the Knockdhu Distillery refers to the 'Knock Hill' which is located near the distillery and which the locals affectionately refer to as the 'Black Hill'.
The maturation of this single malt takes place in American First Fill ex-bourbon barrels.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Notes of citrus fruits, green apples, coconuts, notes of sweet honey, fresh vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied, rich, ground spices, oranges, toffee.
Finish: Long lasting, intense.
